Free tracked and insured shipping is available on every order. Priority Shipping costs $9.90. The available methods and final order total are confirmed before payment.

Allow 1–3 business days for processing and creating optional personalization. After dispatch, free tracked and insured shipping is estimated at 4–7 business days, while $9.90 Priority Shipping is estimated at 3–6 business days. Timing depends on destination, carrier and order conditions, so these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Eligible products include a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from confirmed delivery. Normal fit testing and ordinary trial use are allowed. Adding the included personalized tag does not by itself disqualify the base product. Review the current Refund Policy for complete conditions and exclusions.

Contact support with your order details and follow the instructions in the current Refund Policy. Please do not send an item back until you receive the applicable return instructions.
